Dr. Chuck Berke
Dr. Chuck Berke, a nationally recognized and highly acclaimed executive leadership coach and mentor, has worked with executive leaders in the C-suite of Fortune 100 companies such as GE, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Millipore Sigma, the National Institutes of Health and Bruker Corp for more than two decades. A former Executive Director of a not-for-profit and successful business leader, Chuck possesses insights and broad global experience having created and delivered training programs in Italy, Germany, Poland and Singapore He leverages his experience to help his client’s grow quickly. Sometimes known as Dr How, his experience tells him that most organization know what and why something or someone needs to change but often struggle with the “how”. Chuck and his team work diligently with individuals and teams to develop practical and most importantly actionable solutions. Chuck and his team have an impressive record of success. Owner and principal of Berke Associates for the past 25 years, Chuck holds a PhD and MA from Fielding Graduate University, an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University, as well as a BA from the University of Maryland, where he was captain of the swim team. He is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a designation held by less than two percent of coaches worldwide as well as a certified Stakeholder Centered Coach through the Marshall Goldsmith Company. A native of Connecticut, he and his wife along with their Miniature Schnauzer, Abby currently live in Fairfield, Connecticut and Singer Island, Florida.
