Dr. Chuck Berke, a nationally recognized and highly acclaimed executive leadership coach and mentor, has worked with executive leaders in the C-suite of Fortune 100 companies such as GE, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, and Merck for more than two decades. A former Executive Director of a not-for-profit and successful business leader, Chuck possesses insights and broad global experience which he leverages to help his client’s grow quickly. His coaching regimen is about investing in practical action to foster personal development and leadership skills. His disciples have consistently accelerated their career success and achieved their personal and business goals. Owner and principal of Berke Associates for the past 25 years, Chuck holds a PhD and MA from Fielding Graduate University, an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University, as well as a BA from the University of Maryland, where he was captain of the swim team. He is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a designation held by less than two percent of coaches worldwide as well as a certified Stakeholder Centered Coach through the Marshall Goldsmith Company. A native of Connecticut, he and his wife currently live in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Dr. Auger as over 30 years of experience in human and organizational development, working across sectors, to bring out the best in individuals, groups, and organizations. Drawing on her extensive work experience and academic training, Dr. Auger specializes in cultivating leadership and communication skills to promote creativity, innovation, and transformational change. Her consulting services include professional training and coaching, organizational assessments, strategic planning, group facilitation, and project management. She has designed and presented workshops and presentations, nationally and internationally, on topics such as collaboration, systems change, conflict resolution, action planning, and cultural competency.
Susan received a B.A. in philosophy with a minor in human resource management from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA; a C.S.S. in business administration from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA; and a M.S.W. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC. In addition, she holds a M.A. in human development and a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA.
Bob Levenson brings over 20 years of experience in Executive and Leadership Development gained at a number of top companies, including EMC, Millipore, and Liberty Mutual, where he held a wide-range of Learning and Organizational Development roles. He thrives on helping individuals and teams find practical ways to increase their effectiveness, solve business problems, and grow as professionals.
In his most recent role as EMC's Director of Executive & Leadership Coaching he oversaw all aspects of the global function, and provided coaching to the company's top executives. The practice was awarded an International Coach Federation New England Chapter Prism Award for excellence in coaching.
Bob has a BA from Boston University and an MBA from Boston College. He lives in Hopkinton, Massachusetts with his family and, as a now retired long distance runner, greatly enjoys his role on the Hopkinton Marathon Committee helping the town host the Boston Marathon.
Dr. Paul T. Barrett, CPA is an Entrepreneur, Tax and Financial Advisor, Executive Coach, Researcher, Author, and Educator. He has been an important leader in successful technology start-up companies, including one that evolved into a publicly traded corporation. Engaged over the last 25 years in coaching executives in the profit and non-profit worlds. Has written and published numerous articles and one book on business and tax issues. From 2008 to 2016 he served as Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Longwood University, the third oldest public university in the State of Virginia, USA. Under his direction the college, accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), opened the first academic offering in Cyber Security on the East Coast and a Center for Cyber Security recognized as a Center of Excellence by the US Department of Defense. Also opened a Logistics Center, a Personal Finance Center, and a Leadership and Innovation Institute that initiated state-wide leadership development in K-12 school systems bringing national and global attention to the school.
Romy Rost is an experienced change management and leadership development consultant, and an ICF-certified leadership coach. She drives meaningful, sustainable and behavior-based change in companies from the individual to the organizational level.
During her eight years of consulting and change management experience at Deloitte Consulting, American Express and Ketchum Change, Romy has helped lead internal change management efforts on some of the largest scale HR and IT transformations, acquisitions, spin-offs and joint ventures. Her clients have included Johnson & Johnson, The Coca-Cola Company, American Express, Pfizer Animal Health, ConAgra Foods and Covidien.
Romy brings a leadership coaching mindset based on awareness, accountability and action to evoke real behavior change for leaders. She helps mid- to senior-level leaders improve leadership presence, increase productivity and develop stronger management skills.
