Dr. Auger has over 30 years of experience in human and organizational development, working across sectors to bring out the best in individuals, groups, and organizations. With extensive work experience and academic training, Dr. Auger specializes in cultivating leadership and communication skills to promote creativity, innovation, and transformational change.
Her consulting services include professional training and coaching, organizational assessments, strategic planning, group facilitation, and project management. She has designed and presented workshops and presentations, nationally and internationally, on topics such as:

Susan has done B.A. in philosophy with a minor in human resource management from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA, a C.S.S. in business administration from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, and an M.S.W. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC. In addition, she holds an M.A. in human development and a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA.
